Welcome! My name is Kayla Scotch and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I received my Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Minor in Mathematics from University of Arizona and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University. Originally from Oregon, I was raised in an active household where hiking, camping, jogging, and paddle boarding were part of everyday life. I competed in varsity soccer, basketball, track, and equestrian team in high school and have completed many athletic events as an adult including half marathons and triathlons. Multiple knee injuries lead me to choosing PT as a profession. I continue to enjoy being active and promoting health and wellness.
I became a licensed Physical Therapist in 2014 and have been dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life ever since. I am Certified in Dry Needling and specialized in vertigo and concussion management. I have experience in massage, cupping, scrapping, and taping.
I started Valley Performance Physical Therapy with the goal of providing one on one, individualized care without the constraints of insurance. I value high quality patient care and am passionate about supporting others in their wellness and rehabilitation journeys. I aim to ensure every patient feels heard, mobile, strong, and functional.
